CORPORAL JAYGEE NGIRMIDOL MELUAT REMEMBERED & HONORED

This Memorial Day 2006, the Embassy of the Republic of Palau in Washington, D.C. remembers and honors U.S. Marine Corps Corporal JayGee Ngirmidol Meluat, a Palauan native, who was killed in action in Iraq on September 14, 2004.  Corporal Meluat left behind a wife, Melanie, and a young daughter, Miacai, and many other close relatives in Palau and Guam.

The Ambassador, staff and their families on this special day took time to remember and honor Corporal Meluat who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 14, 2004 for our freedom and liberty.  Corporal JayGee Ngirmidol Meluat, you are not forgotten nor shall you ever be.
